Amazing Rixos

This was a first time at a Rixos. It’s a great hotel, lovely location and great food but frankly that’s not the stand out feature…the people are just amazing . We couldn’t have been better looked after. So attentive and how Moses could remember what we want to have for breakfast I don’t know. Frederic at the Bodrum bar too. They made some effort to make my 7 YOs birthday. The fitness team were great. Our third day was the massive storm. It was no drama for Rixos…all back to normal the next day…no idea how they did that.

Don't go if you looking for friendly resort!

The food and drinks are amazing. Some stuff are very friendly, especially the staff at the restaurants, the staff at the pool side bars need some training on how to treat guest equally (if you tips in Pound or Euro then you get top treatment). Rooms are ok, needs a bit of TLC, for the money you pay, it's not great! I won't go too deep into screaming unruly kids, note this is a family resort kids are allowed everywhere even in the Bars! So if you looking for a nice quite holiday this is not for you. The management and guest relations (reception staff not included they are great) you guys failed to understand that your guest are important and we are your guest for a reason, we come from different countries but our "money" is all the same! There's senior stuff and guest relations that will walk right pass you without a smile or a hello, so if you wish to leave your country and come here to feel less adequate, that will be your choice. Let's talk about Bar1 and their staff. Dumindra is an absolute legend! Followed by Abdullah! The Head Mixologist on the other hand is arrogant and rude and that follows the other assistant that he has there! Imagine walking into an all inclusive Bar and the "staff" don't greet you because you didn't like their signature cocktail. Overall I would not be returning, I can get better service and value for my money anywhere else in the world, where I won't be looked down on!!!

Today we had a great chance to experience fit mat exercise with Mr.Kaan who is literally proffesional and well caring guy.Huge thanks to him and exclusive sports club family for joyfull time and precious activity !!!

It was our 2nd stay in Rixos the Palm and we enjoyed every moment of it Special thank for entire team of Exclusive Sports Academy, I took my yoga lessons, discovered kengoo jumps, gravity yoga, aqua fitness and aqua pôle danse and loved all of it ! Team work but still personal approach, professional lessons, lot of fun , great energy and positives vibes are guaranteed ! Many thanks to my yoga instructor from Turkey, also Elizaveta, Mariana, Yaroslav , it was just unforgettable experience for me!

The hotel is perfect for families with young children. The activities for the kids are very varied and interesting during the day. My sons particularly liked the carnival and the evening entertainment. The food is very good and wide selection. The waiting staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We particularly like how Moses looked after us at breakfast. The gym and fitness activities are also top class. Fulkhan and Khan are excellent trainers who know their stuff, can tailor their programs to stretch their clients just the right amount. Iris looked after our room really well and we were constantly amazed by the rose and towel animal creations on our bed each night. In some ways the most impressive feature of the hotel was the fact that I left a brand new pair of powerbeat pro’s in one of the hotel restaurants. To my amazement and delight they were returned to me the next morning. The hotel management should be very proud of the culture and honesty of their staff. I look forward to returning to Rixos the Palm!
